Fort Myers Wealth Advisor Studies Global

FORT MYERS, Florida—A. Scott White of Scott White Advisors participated in the GE Asset Management Global Trends 2007 conference in Washington, D.C. The due diligence meeting included an update on developments in infrastructure technology, emerging markets, environmental solutions, digital connections, global liquidity, and corporate citizenship.

For the past two years White was been named one of the country’s top financial planners by the Consumers’ Research Council of America. He is a Certified Financial Planner™, a Chartered Financial Consultant, a Chartered Life Underwriter, and holds a masters degree in business administration.

White is past president of the Southwest Florida Chapter of the American Society of Financial Service Professionals, past president of the Lee County Estate Planning Council, founding president of the Planned Giving Council of Lee County and a member of the Financial Planning Association Southwest Florida Chapter.

In addition to serving as a trustee for the Southwest Florida Community Foundation, White is a member of the planned giving committee for Lee Memorial Health System Foundation and is a member of the board of directors and chairman of the planned giving committee of the United Way of Lee County.
